One First Condominium provides professional 24/7 concierge service to its residents as well as on-site management by renowned, Barkan Management Company. Services include receiving packages, dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off, paper delivery and getting tickets for the big game or concerts. Friendly service is right at your fingertips at One First.
Fitness Room
Exercise Room in the Central Building
Located in the main building (building A), the fitness room has all the exercise equipment you need. Exercise equipment include Treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes and weight/strength training. Residents can watch cable TV or listen to music while exercising.
Common Library
Community/Function Room
One First has a common library open to all its residents. A wall of books, mostly donated by residents, is available to take and bring back. Residents are encouraged to donate their old books so others can enjoy them. Cable TV and free WiFi is also provided. The library can be reserved for private functions such as birthday parties and game days.

Surrounded by five buildings, One First has a beautiful green 1/3 acre courtyard. Professionally maintained, the courtyard is a place for residents to escape the city life to relax, read a book and have lunch in the sun. The luscious courtyard transports you to a peaceful place in the busy city.
Common Roof Deck
Views of Cambridge and Boston
On top of building F there is a large common roof deck open to all residents. Divided into two sections, one section is more private for family picnics and the other to enjoy the sun and views of Cambridge and Boston. Residents can enjoy the July 4th fireworks from the roof deck without having to go into Boston. The roof deck can also be reserved for private gatherings and functions.
