In all facets of her life, Ilona’s definition of success is measured by her ability to serve and assist others. It’s this trait that has established her as a leader throughout Cambridge and the Boston Area for over three decades, both within the real estate industry and the greater community.
Throughout her career, Ilona has excelled at all levels of the business, as an agent, branch office manager, and a highly-effective mediator and negotiator, providing her with the expertise to artfully bring together even the most complicated of deals. Her steadfast dedication to her clientele has earned Ilona a list of prestigious distinctions, notably being named Realtor of the Year by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Business Person of the Year by the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce.
Born and raised in Germany, Ilona has tirelessly given back to her adopted home, co-founding the Cambridge Housing Assistance Fund and a recipient of the John Booth Award from the Salvation Army. Her efforts to better the community have seamlessly translated into her work, serving three terms as the President of the Cambridge Council of Realtors. During this time, Ilona was instrumental in developing a mutually beneficial relationship between the private and public sectors to address issues of diversity and affordable housing.
With a deep passion for acting and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from New York University, when she’s not assisting others, Ilona can be found immersed in the vibrant, local art scene.

STEPHEN HINES
Stephen is a tried and true Bostonian. Growing up in Winthrop, a coastal hamlet located due east of East Boston, Stephen understands true local character and infuses it with the growing international nature of Boston real estate.
Stephen’s professional background includes an eclectic mix of hospitality, politics, and the arts. With ten years in the luxury hotel & restaurant industry, he is able to nimbly service discerning clientele from all corners of the globe. These skillsets have translated beautifully into the real estate scene, and he continues to provide unbridled service from Arlington, to Medford, to East Boston and beyond.
Beyond the service industries, Stephen is heavily involved with local policy making in Winthrop, Massachusetts. He serves as Secretary for the Transportation Advisory Committee, bringing deep understanding of the real estate market to the table, while creating transportation action plans that support healthy, diverse residential development.
When Stephen is not immersed in real estate and local politics, he is spending time with his partner, grandparents, nieces and nephews, siblings, and friends.
